HSD: Providing your company is in the security branch, HSD can provide for you in almost every way imaginable.
The Beatrixkwartier is home to most of The Hague’s larger businesses and is considered the heart of industry in the city. HSD is the largest security cluster in Europe, meaning they’re a business tenant building where only security-adjacent companies can settle. HSD houses security firms divided into five categories: cyber-, forensic-, national-, critical- and urban security. The aim is to be a home for education, government agencies and research institutes in the security branch.
While the three floors HSD calls home have basically the same floor plan, their purpose differs. The middle floor is home to a lounge and meeting point, and is meant to function as the social heart of HSD. It’s here where tenants can come together and collaborate in specially designed labs and and semi-secluded meeting rooms. Offices take up most of the remaining space on both this and the other floors.
Also provided are flexible working spaces for use to office tenants as well as third parties, plenty of meeting rooms and event halls with state of the art AV equipment (some with a capacity of up to 200 people), a roof terrace and several facilities like printers, lockers and coffee corners throughout the building.
