World Trade Center The Hague: One of the largest business centres in the city, with an impressive volume of facilities in-house.
The World Trade Center in The Hague, located in the Beatrixkwartier, is easily one of the largest business centers in the area – with its 42.500 square metres of available space, it’s really no contest. Upon entering the building, visitors are greeted by a large and modern foyer. This foyer serves a few different purposes: not only does it lead to the eight different towers that make up the WTC, it’s also home to facilities like a coffee place, small grocery store and even a sushi/noodle bar.
In the back of the foyer there’s also a large in-house café-restaurant by the name of Mondano. On top of that, the WTC offers facilities like a large parking garage (capacity of over 1000 cars), a fully-featured gym, a daycare and even an art gallery. Also noteworthy: one of the WTC towers is dedicated to a NH Hotel, with 240 rooms and a very spacious meeting room with a capacity of 1000 people. The all-in-one nature of the WTC’s facilities is reflected in their slogan: ‘Work, meet, leisure, connect all under one roof’.
Of course all of these facilities are in service of the workspaces that the WTC offers. With office units ranging in capacity from a single person to a company large enough to fill the biggest spaces available (up to 8000 square metres), the World Trade Center can provide for a huge variety of different types and sizes of company. Tenants will also automatically become a member of the WTC’s International Business Club, in order to facilitate networking opportunities among tenants.
